The gentleman who rang me up was kind enough to suggest shipping the tea pot that I purchased to me, instead of having to carry it on the plane. When I received my tea pot and there was a hairline crack through the bottom after making some tea, I called up the store and was helped by Leslie. She immediately took my information and sent out a replacement along with care instructions for the pot. I am so grateful that everyone was so helpful and gracious throughout the whole
experience. It's hard to feel that way about a lot of retail outlets. I appreciate a job well done and I'd just like you to know that you've done a fabulous job training and putting together such a passionate team.
